Many matters will be able to be resolved for you personally and efficiently by the team, but there may be times when you will be referred to a barrister or other specialist to deal with your specific issues.  JAG Legal maintains a close working relationship with a number of specialist barristers and others who provide specific expertise in particular matters.

JAG Legal commenced in 2008.  Initially the office was located in Paraparaumu but in 2011 the office moved to Lower Hutt.  At first, the firm was staffed by its two partners, Merv Gaskin and Nicola Jones.  By mid 2011 two part time support staff joined the team.

2015 saw big changes. Established Lower Hutt firm Grigg and le Page joined forces with Jag Legal. With the expanded business new premises were needed and the firm moved upstairs into purpose built offices.

Upon the merger with Grigg and le Page, Gemma McDougall was employed and she  joined Merv and Nicola in partnership in October 2015.
